5. Listing and Trading Rules

• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations
• Not list prohibited, hazardous, or illegal materials
• Handle all transactions in good faith
• Maintain proper documentation as required by law

6. Payment and Fees

Circular Swap may charge transaction fees for certain services. All fees will be clearly disclosed before you complete a transaction. Payment processing is handled through our integrated payment providers, and you agree to comply with their terms and conditions.

Circular Swap does not guarantee regulatory compliance and accepts no liability for violations committed by users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Circular Swap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold Circular Swap harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
